岗位职责：

1、Second tier responder to systems and applications alerts

对系统及应用程序警报做出第二层级响应。

2、Employ production monitoring tools e.g. Nagios, OpsView, Netcool, or Zenoss to ensure all systems and applications are running and available

会使用开发监测工具，如：OpsView, Netcool, or Zenoss以确保整个系统及应用程序运作正常。

3、Assist Network Operations team with tools to help them monitor field assets and the network outside of the datacenter

会使用工具来协助网络运营团队并帮助他们监测现场设备以及数据中心以外的网络。

4、Troubleshoot network, system, and application issues

排除网络，系统及应用程序故障问题。

5、Perform system and application analysis to detect performance degradation or unavailability

执行网络，系统及应用程序分析来检测网络性能是否下降或消失。

6、Perform application upgrades and configuration changes

执行应用程序升级及系统配置更改。

7、Develop and maintain disaster recovery process

制定及维护系统崩溃恢复流程。

任职要求：

1、Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and a keen understanding of how to deliver on technical operational objectives through the use of software and services

具有学士学位或相关工作经验并通过使用软件及服务深刻理解如何提供技术操作目标。

2、4+ years of production-facing Linux experience

4年以上Linux运作工作经验。

3、2+ years of scripting experience with Perl, Shell, or Python

2年以上使用Perl, Shell, 或Python脚本经验。

4、Experience with virtualized environments e.g. AWS, CenturyLink, RackSpace, VMWare, OpenStack

有虚拟环境的工作经验，如：AWS, CenturyLink, RackSpace, VMWare, OpenStack

5、Experience with network, system, and application monitoring

有网络，系统及应用程序工作经验。

6、Web application knowledge e.g. Apache, Tomcat, Jetty

有网络应用程序知识，如：Apache, Tomcat, Jetty。

7、Database knowledge e.g. MySQL, Cassandra

有数据库知识，如：MySQL, Cassandra。

8、Networking knowledge IPv4, DNS, VPN tunnels, and routing

有无线网络IPv4, DNS, VPN 讯道及路由工作经验。

9、Experience with cellular private networks

有蜂窝局域网工作经验。

10、Professional written and verbal communication skills in English

有良好的英文书面表达和口头沟通能力。

11、Ability to work swing shifts

能适应轮班

12、Ability to be on-call, weekly rotation
