Primary Job Responsibilities: （岗位职责）

1、 Serve as single-point of contact between project management and construction activities.

在项目管理和建设过程之间由单人负责联系。

2、Serve as a technical resource for Company construction

为公司站点建设提供技术资源。

3、Develop and/or review site construction standards.

制定或审视站点建设标准。

4、Verify approved contractors have an effective safety plan in place that meets all state and local requirements.

对已批准的承包商安全措施是否到位进行验证，验证其是否符合各地政府的规定。

5、Participate in site walks and document information required for CDs and SOW documents.

参与现场勘查和准备工作说明书光盘文件所需文件信息。

6、Coordinate utilities for sites when required and review utility designs as provided by the design company for CDs.

如有需要,应制作站点公共设施坐标并审视由设计公司提供的公共设施设计的光盘。

7、Review and approve equipment and hardware bills of material for site construction.

审查和批准建设站点的设备以及硬件材料清单。

8、Provide contractor oversight during construction of new wireless collocation sites.

在新无线搭配站点建设过程中应对承包商进行监督。

9、Report site construction status and performance data as required to project management.

如有需要，应向项目管理部门上报站点建设状况以及性能数据。

10、Monitor and report status of site construction by ensuring full utilization of the project management system, field observation, attendance at project meetings and direct interaction with contractors and Company personnel.

监督和上报站点建设进展状况以确保是否全程使用了项目管理系统，现场察看。参加项目会议以及与承包商和公司人员直接互动交流。

11、Ensure contractors follow all, state and local laws.

确保承包商遵守所有的政府法规。

12、Ensure all sites are turned-up and handed over to the Network Operations Team following the prescribed procedure.

确保以按照规定程序将所有站点开启并移交给网络运营团队。

13、Ensure contractor compliance with Company standards and technical requirements through detailed coordination with contractors, review and approval of documentation, including but not limited to construction close-out packages and red-lined construction drawings, and site audits.

通过与承包商细致的协调以确保他们遵守公司标准和技术要求，同时审核和批准有关文件，包括，但不限于：收尾工作，红线施工图纸以及施工现场的监督。

14、Provide supervision, training, development, and performance management of direct reports.

提供监督，培训，员工发展机会，以及对下属的业绩管理。

Requirements: （资格）

1、Requires an Engineering  Degree or equivalent experience in wireless construction management.

要求具有工程学学位或有相关的在无线网络建设管理方面工作经验。

2、Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a wireless project construction manager.

至少有5年以上在无线网络项目建设工程经理工作经验。

3、Minimum of 10 years relevant wireless and telecommunications industry experience.

至少有10年相关的无线通信行业工作经验。

4、Must be proficient in establishing, maintaining, and managing effective working relationships with contractors.

精通建立，维护和管理与承包商的有效的工作关系。

5、Proficient computer skills: email, Microsoft Office Excel/Word, and related photo management software.

精通电脑技能，如，邮件，微软Office Excel/Word以及相关图片处理软件的使用。

6、Strong organizational and communication skills.

较强的组织和沟通技能。

7、Able to work independently and make decisions.

能独立工作并做出决定。

8、Demonstrated management skills.

良好的管理技能。

9、Demonstrated knowledge and experience with electrical and civil construction practices.

具有电气和民用建筑实践经验和知识。

10、Must be able to read and interpret site plans, construction drawings and scopes of work.

必需看懂站点规划，建设图纸和工作范围的能力。

11、Must be able to handle multiple projects effectively.

必须有能力有效地管理多个项目。

12、Strong organizational and communication skills.

有较强的组织和沟通技能。

13、Must possess a valid driver's license and comply with company motor vehicle policy.

必须拥有有效的驾照并遵守公司机动车驾驶政策。

14、Knowledge of wireless technology and deployment of UMTS, 3G, LTE, Microwave, Fiber and other platforms.

拥有无线网络技术和安装UMTS, 3G, LTE, Microwave, Fiber以及其它平台的知识。

Desirable Qualifications:  （资格要求）

1、Project Management experience.

项目管理工作经验。

2、Experience with installing and troubleshooting base station equipment and antenna systems is highly desirable.

有安装和排除基站设备故障以及天线系统工作经验者优先考虑。

3、Knowledge of building and electrical codes.

有建筑和电气代码知识。

4、Experience managing project budgets and establishing project controls.

有管理项目预算和建立项目控制工作经验。
