职位：Embedded Applications Engineer（嵌入式应用工程师）

岗位职责:

1.    Provide training to solution partners on various aspects of integrating RPMA? technology, including RPMA? radio hardware     integration, embedded application software development.

       给方案合作伙伴提供关于RPMA技术各个方面的培训，包括RPMA无线硬件集成，嵌入式应用的软件开发。

2.    Provide technical support and guidance to customers’ technical staff during product integration and development phases.

       在产品集成和开发阶段给客户的技术人员提供技术支持和指导。

3.    Work with Sales team on pre-sale customer engagements.

       和销售团队一起在前期销售阶段开发客户。

4.    Work with MCT’s Network Operations team to identify and resolve issues with deployed devices in the field.

       和公司网络运营团队一起对现场已安装的设备排查和解决问题。

任职要求：

1.     BS or MS in an engineering field or equivalent working experience.

        工程专业本科或硕士学位或者同等工作经验。

2.     3-5 years experience working on embedded system and software development,.

        在嵌入式系统和软件开发方面有3-5年的工作经验。

3.     Professional working proficiency in English. CET-6 , Able to read technical documents and specifications, compose emails, and participate in teleconferences in English.

        英语6级水平。能够读懂技术文档和说明书，编辑邮件，并能用英语参加电话会议。

4.     Proficiency in embedded software development with C/C++ on 16 and 32 bit microcontrollers.

        精通用C/C++和32位单片机做嵌入式软件开发。

5.     Familiarity with wired serial protocols such as RS232, RS485, I2C, and SPI.

        熟悉有线串行协议例如RS232，RS485，12C和SPI.

6.    Working knowledge of PKI and common cryptographic tools and practices.

        掌握PKI和一般加密工具和方法。

7.    Strong software, hardware, and system trouble shooting and debugging skills.

        较强的软件、硬件、系统的解决问题的能力和调试能力。

8.    Ability to read circuit board schematics.

        能够读懂电路板原理图。

9.    Strong communication skills; comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.

        较强的沟通技能，可以给技术人员和非技术人员做演示。

10.   Python, Bash or other scripting language in a commercial environment is highly desirable.

        需要有Python, Bash 或者其他的脚本语言经验。

11.   JTAG debugging experience is desirable.

        JTAG调试经验也是非常可取的。

12.   Ability to travel

        能适应出差。

有以下技能者尤佳：

1.     Hands-on practical Linux or Unix programming and/or system administration.

        拥有Linux和Unix编程和/或者系统管理的实际经验。

2.    Experience with one or more RTOSes (Real Time Operating Systems).

        有一个或者多个RTOS（实时操作系统）经验。

3.    Familiarity with common web service protocols such as REST or AMQP is preferred.

        熟悉一般网络协议比如REST或者AMQP会更好。

4.    Database knowledge is helpful (MySQL, Oracle, Cassandra).

       了解数据库知识。（MYSQL,Oracle,Cassandra）.

5.    Awareness of radio propagation characteristics.

       了解无线传播特性。

6.    Intermediate to advanced proficiency in computer networking, configuration and trouble shooting.

       对计算机网络，配置和问题排查有一定的解决能力。
