岗位职责：

1. Participate in defining the RF coverage footprint for new markets

参与制定新市场之射频覆盖范围。

2. Develop cost effective network coverage designs that meet business objectives

开发具有成本效益的网络覆盖设计以达到业务目标。

3. Select the best available sites to meet coverage objectives in an economic manner

从经济角度上选择最佳站点来满足网络覆盖目标。

4. Develop reliable network coverage design processes

制定可靠的网络覆盖设计流程。

5. Develop reliable network performance monitoring and optimization processes

制定可靠的网络性能监测以及优化流程。

6. Develop reliable RF network capacity planning and forecasting processes

制定可靠的射频网络容量规划及预测流程。

7. Provide technical guidance for the RF Planning and RF Performance functions

为射频规划及射频功能性提供技术指南。

8. Insure that network tools and reports are utilized to maintain the highest network quality possible 

确保网络工具及报告被用于让网络保持高质量地运营可能。

9. Drive the development, utilization and enhancement of RF network performance metrics

促进射频网络性能的开发，利用和发展。

10. Provide technical assistance with complex RF performance issues to the field team

11. Provide training and development as required for the RF Engineering Team

任职要求：

1. 10+ yrs of RF engineering and network planning experience with wireless networks

具有10年以上在无线网络射频工程和网络设计经验。

2. 5+ years in an RF engineering management role with a wireless carrier or engineering services provider

具有5年以上在无线运营商或工程服务商射频之管理经验。

3.Significant experience with propagation modeling tools

具有广泛使用无线网络规划软件的经验。

4.BSEE or MSEE degree or equivalent work experience

有BSEE或MSEE学位者或相关的工作经验者。

5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 

具有超强的书面和口头沟通能力。

6. Capability to generate timely, high quality deliverables dependent on contributions from internal and external team members

具有依靠内部和外部团队的贡献能及时交付高品质的产品的能力。

7. The ability to manage multiple priorities within demanding timeframes
